Mediation and advocacy services for mobile home owners and mobile home community managers. I know that some property managers can be bullies, and I also know that some mobile home owners who rent lots in the community can create conflict for park managers. I can help either or both. Fees, for a limited time, are $59 per hour.

If you are about to
purchase a mobile home already parked on a lot in a community, or are about to place a new or used home on a lot, send by overnight courier a complete, photocopied package of all pertinent information to me, and I'll study them and go over them with you within a few hours by phone. Then you can decide - before the deadline - whether you can live with the rules... or whether you need to reject them and buy/park elsewhere. This service will be $79, but for a limited time your investment will be only $59 (one time only).

Send me the following to review:
1. A copy of the purchase agreement for the home which spells out the size and model of the home,
2. A copy of the park's bylaws, regulations, rules, conditions, restrictions, and covenants,
3. (In a dispute) Copies of all correspondence
to you from the property manager or their lawyer,
4. (In a dispute) Copies of all correspondence
from you or your lawyer to the property management office or lawyer.
5. The address, city and state in which the home is located.
6. Any other pertinent or relevant information that could benefit your case.
7. A deposit of $59.00 (PayPal, credit card or debit card) for reviewing your case and getting back to you in a timely fashion. This could require up to 8 hours of my time, but your initial cost is still only $59.00. If I agree to represent you, I will give you an estimate, possibly with more than one option, and if I can, with a not-to-exceed figure.
