You don't actually need this checklist. Just look at the other home ads listed on this site and use theirs as models for your ad. Write a basic draft of your home's profile... nothing fancy, but complete sentences are a good thing.

You are the best person to write the first draft of your profile because you know your home best. (And we just can't see it!) We don't expect you to be a copywriter. Write it as best as you can and we will do out best to help you proofread and format it. For inspiration look at the other profiles on our site to see how they are written. (Basically we just need you to give us complete sentences, even if brief.)

Both the checklist and your home profile page (ad) will also serve as handy reminders for you when you are preparing your Purchase Agreement, and for the new buyer when seeking to insure the home after purchase.

The sooner you are able to supply the photos and information we need by email, the sooner we can place your home's profile (ad) online. It usually takes 24 hours (or less) from the time we receive all your information.
