4. Postpone going on vacation or moving so you are available to receive inquiries.
5. Make sure you keep the same email address so you can be easily contacted.
6. Avoid using free email accounts like WebTV or Hotmail on your display page. Those inboxes tend to fill up very quickly... if they aren't emptied new messages are bounced and you will lose valuable inquiries.
7. Make sure someone reliable can answer your telephone at any hour. Or have an answering machine or voicemail take calls when you can't. Make sure it's always on... and return calls promptly.
8. Maintain the same telephone number, and answer calls and messages right away. (Keep your cell phone battery charged.)
