What are you looking for? Post the following information:

1. Ideal city/town/county and state or province.

2. Home width, size, age.

3. Number of bedrooms and bathrooms, parking spots, etc.

4. Ideal price, terms.

5. Your full name and phone number, too, although we won't post those.

We need the info in #5 to be able to contact you quickly when someone posts a home like the one you want. There's no cost for this service to buyers.


Tips for success:

1. Be sure to keep the subject line intact. If you send an email to us with the subject line blank we won't see them. Because they look like viruses, messages with no subject are automatically filtered to the Trash Bin.

2. Be sure to include the geographic location and address. Otherwise your ad will be ineffective.

3. Avoid sending ads written in all capital letters. On the Internet it's the same as shouting in anger: We won't post them, and we won't retype them. Please use lower case letters and capitalize only the first letter of proper nouns and first words of the sentence.
